El Hospital de Gambo se encuentra ubicado en una zona rural al sur de Etiopía alejado de cualquier núcleo urbano y ofreciendo atención sanitaria a la población más necesitada especialmente combatiendo la desnutrición infantil y mortalidad materna. La campaña transmite a partir del testimonio en primera persona de de Iñaki Alegría en el Hospital lo que le llevó a fundar la ONG Alegría Sin Fronteras y desplazarse a vivir a Gambo para garantizar la continuidad del hospital de Gambo
